There are 2 possibilities; one work-based, the other family-based. For the work-based opportunity, it's doable, but only if there are vacancies in the Netherlands that can't be filled by somebody already resident there. For the family-based opportunity, your information tells me you're living in Belgium, so that would close that opportunity. Hi and welcome to the Forum. You have already done what the law requires you to do, i.e. contact the Gemeente to register; many people wait weeks/months just to get an appointment, so I wouldn't worry about it. If you explain the circumstances, I suspect it won't be a problem, just be honest and open with the guys in the Gemeente. Hope this helps

An MVV is valid for 90 days. You should therefore travel to the Netherlands within 90 days and if in case your visa expires within a week still you can travel to the Netherlands and come back within the day of visa expiry date. You can reapply for MVV visa if you want to travel for many days in the Netherlands
