The charges seem to be pretty standard; all you can do is phone around and ask; This link will take you to a website that talks about the subject in general terms. This link will take you to a website that lists a lot of the Dutch banks, with links to opening accounts. I just tried it and had to look around the websites to find the business section. There are 2 possibilities; one work-based, the other family-based. For the work-based opportunity, it's doable, but only if there are vacancies in the Netherlands that can't be filled by somebody already resident there. For the family-based opportunity, your information tells me you're living in Belgium, so that would close that opportunity. The details of the requirements you need for the work-based opportunity are on the Dutch Government (IND) website; this link will take you there. Hope this helps

Hi again. In as much that it is a combined work and residence visa, yes, they are the same. The HSM has statutory salary limits, but can be obtained in a much quicker time-frame, but the sponsor must be registered with the IND to use this scheme. Hope this helps
