Hi and welcome to the Forum. The only relevant thing I can recall is that if you take the sabbatical, it may bring your annual salary below the limit to qualify for 30%, Hope this helps

Hi and welcome to the Forum. You've started the right way; start with the basics, then once you have those mastered you can move on. Most non-native speakers find that it's their native tongue accents that make them difficult to understand when they speak in another language. The only real way to improve on that is to speak the language, talk to yourself in Dutch, but not only yourself, talk to your family, your pets, your plants; you're trying to sound more like a Dutch person and less like an Indian. There is an online resource called "Naar Nederland" which is an online-based Dutch language course; the official course has to be paid for, but some kind person has put older versions on YouTube, so my advice is to check out YouTube first and see how you get on. Hi and welcome to the Forum. If you've been turned away by both Belgium and the Netherlands, it suggests to me that there is something not quite right. The only reason they would not have told you why is if there is something in your background that makes both countries decide to turn you away without appeal (for example criminality); many countries require at least 12 months after a crime is deemed as spent before they will even consider an application to reside there. If that is not relevant and you have appealed in either country, then they must have told you why because it's the basis of your appeal. If you are determined then perhaps you need to speak to a lawyer. Hope this helps
