My brother is trying to transfer money from his Indian bank account to my Dutch account using Wise but he gets a message that the money will first be put into RBL bank account before it gets transferred to mine. Whereas when I did the transfer from my Dutch account to Indian NRE account, mine was transferred in two Seconds. Did anyone here experience the same?

You have to transfer it to their account with the reference added. The first transaction takes some time. Thereafter it's much quicker

You can work as soon as you land in NL. there are cases where the RP card is issued after 1+ month due to delays at IND. This doesn't stop the person from working on Day 1 in NL

PR is based on how many years we have registered in NL, not relates to visa type. You can have any visa; they only check continuous stay with registration

Deregister with the municipality (from 5 days before you leave to the day you leave) before leaving NL . They will provide you with a letter/ confirmation/proof of deregistration of the same. Take it and send it via email to concern offices
