You need to apply for insurance here locally in Netherlands (mandatory for everyone), you could choose any health insurer and they will cover you back dated starting from your day of arrival. What you need is your BSN (you will get once you arrive, check with your employer) and bank account details in Netherlands for auto debit of monthly premium. In the meantime, it is wise to take say one or two months over from India

You don't need any agency to do the process. It's pretty simple to do it yourself. My parents are also coming in April, I got the gemente verified sponsorship letter in Nov'2022 (valid for 3months generally). Applied for the visa in Dec' 2022 and got approval in 2 weeks
