You need approval from your current employer. As far as I am aware, employers do not encourage it.
Across a four-week period an employee shall not work for more than 55 hours per week, and over 16-week period an employee shall not work for more than 48 hours per week.
It is not recommended to have multiple jobs at a time, but if the situation persists, what you can do is have part time job.
