You need to apply for insurance here locally in Netherlands (mandatory for everyone), you could choose any health insurer and they will cover you back dated starting from your day of arrival. What you need is your BSN (you will get once you arrive, check with your employer) and bank account details in Netherlands for auto debit of monthly premium. In the meantime, it is wise to take say one or two months over from India.
