How much does it cost to rent a home at Amsterdam?
I am planning to learn MSc in Digital Marketing from Netherlands and also wish to work in NL in the future. But I wanted to know about the Digital market industry in NL. Is there a good scope for Digital Marketers at all? Is it in demand? Where can I find out more about it?
Can you advise if it is standard practice for real estate agents in Rotterdam to charge one month rent as commission fee once the rental accommodation is finalized? Also, was told that the agent can charge a cancellation fee(for the services provided) in case I am unable to finalize a house after multiple viewings with him.
I got NL long-term ICT visa in July, came to NL in September, and returned to India in November due to the project ending. My manager is planning to send again in Jan’23, But, My organization told me to serve cooling period of 6 months. Is there any cooling period for the ICT visa?
