I recently had a very bad Customer service experience with NH Amsterdam Center

not something illegal – but a level of service that diffidently shouldn’t be seen in hotels (or any service provide) in 2019

my question is – is there someone or somewhere where can i show my official protest for this poor service? (of course in addition to my Tripadvisor review)?
