My brother is trying to transfer money from his Indian bank account to my Dutch account using Wise but he gets a message that the money will first be put into RBL bank account before it gets transferred to mine. Whereas when I did the transfer from my Dutch account to Indian NRE account, mine was transferred in two Seconds. Did anyone here experience the same?

    Yes it’s same as you said. Due to funding some bad organizations. Money will first go to govt  to verify and then come to your account.

    You have to transfer it to their account with the reference added. The first transaction takes some time. Thereafter it’s much quicker.
