You can’t know ahead of time unless it reaches the Netherland. It is up to them to decide on custom charges. I had shipped three packages from India .for one, and they just delivered without any extra charges. 2nd one, they asked for some 30 euros. For the 3rd one, they charged 49 euros. I don’t know what basis they set extra charges. all I had was some clothes and other household stuff—every package approx 19kg.
