My 6-year-old son has a new passport; according to the OCI website, we need to update his OCI card. But the OCI form suggests that we only need to upload his photo, and it’s a gratis service. Has anyone done this recently? Do we need to go to the VFS office with an application, or is this now just a simple online upload of a photo and no need for a new card?
