My manager is planning to send again in Jan’23, But, My organization told me to serve cooling period of 6 months. Is there any cooling period for the ICT visa? You need an MVV, again only if you have deregistered in IND while you want back last November. If you have deregistered doesn't matter if you have a RP or not it so be invalidated by IND already. If you have not deregistered, then cooling period doesn't apply
