You have lived uninterruptedly in the Netherlands (or the Dutch Caribbean) for five years.
If you have lived in the Netherlands since birth or early childhood.
If you are born to a Dutch father or mother, your Dutch father acknowledges paternity, or your Dutch parents adopt you, then you can apply for Dutch citizenship by law.
