I am on a dependent family MVV visa, and my wife is a master’s student here in Groningen. I want to know how to swap an Indian driving licence for a Dutch one. Is it possible or not? Please Guide me if there is any other way to make a driving license here in The Netherlands.

    Only possible for those who possess 30% ruling, else you have to go through driving tests (practical and theoretical)
