Because the Netherlands is a Schengen member, you can use your Dutch business permit to travel and conduct business in any of the other Schengen countries. You can, however, only visit European countries that are Schengen members. Other countries would have to obtain their own permits. Only a few countries, including Croatia, allow you to enter without a Schengen visa.
The visa entitles you to stay in the Netherlands and other Schengen countries for up to 90 days within a 180-day period.
