In my case, lack of proficiency in Dutch did affect my job hunt to an extent. However, I was able to land a good job after extending my job search to a bigger circle. My comment would be, Yes, there are companies who accept candidates without Dutch proficiency in Netherlands. However, we need to do some research & take help of platforms like STAFIDE to identify such roles

I resided in the Netherlands for five years and had an incredible experience and I have built a good network of friends as well. Being an Indian, I find the dutch people are very friendly & easy to approach. I’m not sure if all foreigners had a similar experience but I would say mine is a enjoyable stay

Typically, you can filter out any kind of jobs via platforms like indeed.nl or if you are completely into Tech jobs, check out the stafide platform https://www.stafide.nl/ Since STAFIDE Netherlands is entirely into tech recruitment, I guess they can be of some help for tech job seekers
