What are the pros and cons of living in the Netherlands?

Awesome healthcare. Great public transportation (In comparison to where I live now: San Francisco, CA). Free to do whatever you like, as long as it is legal, of course. Pretty good education system. The big cities are really vibrant, lots of cultures. Of course, there is racism in every. country, but I would like to say it is not that bad in the Netherlands. Politics is reasonably rational and the level of corruption is minimal. People are very egalitarian, the distance between lowest and highest employee is minimal, people are very informal.
