Keep giving interview and explain your situation that you came for tourist purpose but also you found a great opportunity and applied and now here you are attending interviews. You need to send a request, for like you did like first time like sending a SMS and airtel will call for verification, once that is done then you will get an email with QR code. This way of setup worked for me six months back
