As a Scrum Master, you will:

• Serve as a servant leader and Agile coach for one or two high-performing DevOps teams, fostering an environment of mutual respect, transparency, and collaboration.
• Facilitate Scrum events, ensuring alignment with Agile best practices and the SAFe framework.
• Support teams in achieving high levels of autonomy and alignment while improving predictability, quality, and Agile mindset.
• Identify and remove impediments, ensuring the team stays focused on delivering value and meeting PI commitments.
• Promote automation of repetitive activities and drive continuous process and technical improvements.
• Ensure adherence to Agile guardrails, the Definition of Done, and DevOps best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Product Owners, and other stakeholders to enhance Agile Release Train (ART) maturity.
• Work in an international, multicultural setting with both onshore and offshore teams, ensuring effective coordination and communication.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 10+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile/SAFe environment within a corporate IT setting.
• Proven expertise in coaching Agile teams, driving Agile mindset, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and DevOps principles.
• Experience working with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions is a plus.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment while influencing teams and stakeholders to drive change.
