As a ServiceNow Data Architect, you will:

• Lead data architecture design and strategy for ServiceNow implementations with a focus on Telecom OSS (Operational Support Systems) modules.
• Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to design end-to-end data migration frameworks from legacy systems to ServiceNow.
• Define and implement best practices for data modeling, transformation, and mapping within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Work closely with business analysts, solution architects, and developers to align data structures with business requirements.
• Support the full data migration lifecycle – including discovery, profiling, cleansing, validation, and post-migration support.
• Assist in the design and optimization of ServiceNow Telecom OSS modules in alignment with industry standards.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 8+ years of overall experience in IT, with a strong focus on data architecture and migration.
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform, especially with OSS modules and Telecom industry implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of telecom domain data models and OSS/BSS architecture.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow data structures, CMDB, and integration capabilities.
• Hands-on experience in large-scale data migration projects using ETL tools or custom frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

You should possess the ability to:

• Analyze and translate complex business and data requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Design logical and physical data models for ServiceNow and ensure integrity across systems.
