As a Technical Lead, you will:

• Lead and facilitate SAP MDG requirements gathering workshops across multiple domains including Material, Business Partner, Supplier, Customer, and Finance.
• Guide and mentor team members to ensure successful implementation and delivery of SAP Master Data Governance solutions.
• Engage in end-to-end project delivery including requirement gathering, design, realization, testing, go-live, and support.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to understand enterprise master data needs and translate them into effective solutions.
• Conduct feasibility studies, process design reviews, and support pre-sales and project assessment activities.
• Coordinate across geographies with onsite, offshore, and customer teams to ensure streamlined execution.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 10+ years of overall SAP MDG experience with at least 3 full-cycle SAP MDG implementations.
• Strong hands-on experience in key SAP MDG domains such as Material and Business Partner.
• Proficiency in SAP MDG mass processing, data consolidation, quality management, and central governance.
• Expertise in MDG Data Modelling, UI Modelling, BRF+, ABAP Object-Oriented (including BADI), and rule-based workflows.
• Sound knowledge of SAP ETL processes and integration experience with tools like SAP Ariba.
• Familiarity with MDG Cloud Edition, MDG Cloud-Ready Mode, Master Data Integration, and One Domain Model.
• Exposure to multiple MDG domains (MDG-M, MDG-C, MDG-S, MDG-BP, MDG-F) is a strong plus.
• Experience conducting design thinking workshops and supporting customers in data management strategy for both on-premise and cloud environments.
