As a Salesforce Developer (nCino & Apex Specialist), you will:
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Apex and Salesforce to support complex business requirements.
- Work extensively with nCino to enhance banking and loan-related functionalities.
- Build and integrate APIs to connect with internal and third-party systems.
- Manage code repositories and version control using Git and AutoRabit (big plus).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Azure DevOps for pipeline creation and work tracking under the Simplify@Scale framework.
- Contribute to an Agile development environment, participating in sprints and iterative planning.
- Ensure database integrity and performance through SQL/DB development and management.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 8–10 years of hands-on development experience, primarily in Salesforce.
- Proven expertise in Apex programming and Salesforce technical design.
- Strong working knowledge of nCino and its integration within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience in building robust and scalable APIs.
- Familiarity with AutoRabit for version control and deployment (a strong advantage).
- Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and task management.
- Practical experience using Git for source code management.
- Background in banking or loan domain projects is highly preferred.
You should possess the ability to:
- Translate complex business needs into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
- Work independently and within a collaborative Agile team.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members across various geographies.
- Maintain code quality, write unit tests, and follow best practices in software development.
