As a Telecom OSS Architect, you will:

• Drive the architectural design and evolution of Telecom Operational Support Systems (OSS) with a focus on Plan & Build lifecycle stages.
• Lead the development and integration of network design and planning solutions into the broader OSS architecture.
• Define and document architectural standards and principles across the telecom network domains.
• Collaborate with engineering, planning, and operations teams to ensure alignment between technical design and business strategy.
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements to support end-to-end service fulfillment, provisioning, and network evolution.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 8+ years of experience in Telecom OSS architecture, network planning, and design.
• Proven track record of delivering architecture solutions across large-scale telecom environments.
• Deep understanding of network technologies (IP, optical, RAN, transport), and their associated planning and inventory systems.
• Experience with OSS tools for Plan & Build (e.g., inventory, topology, design tools).
• Familiarity with TM Forum frameworks (eTOM, SID) and industry best practices.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and technical documentation skills.

You should possess the ability to:

• Design end-to-end OSS architectures supporting network build, expansion, and lifecycle management.
• Align business needs with technical solutions in dynamic telecom environments.
• Work with cross-functional teams including product owners, network planners, and IT architects.
• Analyze existing infrastructure, identify gaps, and propose modernized OSS architectures.
• Mentor technical teams and guide solution implementation across project phases.
