I got NL long-term ICT visa in July, came to NL in September, and returned to India in November due to the project ending. My manager is planning to send again in Jan’23, But, My organization told me to serve cooling period of 6 months. Is there any cooling period for the ICT visa? I stayed only two months, But they are saying to serve a cooling period of 6 months. Note: Having a valid RP Card with me(Expiry’2025)
