Hi all<\/p>\n

We are preparing to move to Amsterdam next year and I currently own my property in the uk. I am looking at the options of either selling my home before moving or renting it out once I have moved. I have some questions. Would I have to abide by the tax rules of the uk or Netherlands? What is the understanding of being taxed if any while in the nederlands on profit made from renting my one property in the uk? Also if I sold my property while living in the Netherlands would I be required to pay tax on the profit I make form the sale of my property!
